Γρήγορη Επισκόπηση Αποστολών
Οι αποστολές του Schedule 1 είναι συνολικά 23, με τις τρεις πρώτες να αποτελούν το προοίμιο του παιχνιδιού. Οι υπόλοιπες διαδραματίζονται στην περιοχή Hyland Point, όπου οι παίκτες γνωρίζουν διάφορους χαρακτήρες καθώς χτίζουν το εγκληματικό τους δίκτυο.
Δομή και Ροή Αποστολών

Ξεκλείδωμα Ειδικών Αποστολών
Οι περισσότερες αποστολές του Schedule 1 ξεκλειδώνονται αφού ολοκληρωθεί η προηγούμενη, με λίγες εξαιρέσεις. Για να αποκτήσουν πρόσβαση στα “Cleaners”, “Botanists”, “Packagers” και “Chemists”, οι παίκτες πρέπει να ολοκληρώσουν το “Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy” και να επιστρέψουν στον Manny στην αποθήκη για να προσλάβουν άτομα για κάθε θέση. Το “Money Management” ξεκλειδώνει με αλληλεπίδραση σε ATM, ενώ το “Clean Cash” απαιτεί κατάθεση $10,000 σε μία εβδομάδα. Η αποστολή “Deal for Benzies Cartel” είναι προαιρετική και ενεργοποιείται μόνο αν ο παίκτης δεχτεί τη συμφωνία του Thomas.
